Hampton Fairways is a community in Gate 4 of Indian Spring Country Club. We are located off El Clair Ranch Road, south of Woolbright Road. The community is comprised of 144 single family homes in varied styles and sizes winding their way through gently curving streets and cul-de-sacs. Most homes enjoy lake or West Golf Course views. Homes range in size from 2,200 to 2,800 sq. ft., with two to three bedrooms, two to three bathrooms and two-car garages. The Hamptons Fairways newly decorated clubhouse features card tables and recently renovated kitchen and rest rooms. Amenities include a hot tub/spa and swimming pool.

Lawn and landscape maintenance, irrigation systems, yearly cleaning of driveways/walkways, bi-annual roof cleaning, and scheduled community exterior home painting are including in our yearly maintenance. Pets are limited to what are considered household pets. Residents are limited to two dogs per household. Dogs may not exceed 25 pounds in weight.

At the non-mandatory Indian Spring Country Club members can enjoy golf on two championship golf courses, tennis on Har-Tru™courts, pickleball and state-of-the-art spa and fitness center.
